This post is for ptc sites that accept International members Worldwide. I honestly don't know how they do the currency , but I will list the pay processors they use. I visit many forums and spam lists daily and have not seen any bad reviews about any of the sites here. I will not list a site that I see bad feedback about. If you see any please leave a comment here and I will check it out.

The payout is no minimun with E-gold, but with Paypal, It is $1 minimun.
It takes longer to get money here than some sites, their paid email are .25 on the average. They do sometimes have something in the paid to review section, which pays 1ct for each review. They also pay you to promote the site, but I've never done that, so I can't tell you anything about it. Happy clicking!
I've just rediscovered clixsense. I'm getting lots of clicks there now and I'm not upgraded, (an upgrade will give you lots more ads to click on) you just have to check in any time you can through the day. They have a very good referral rate too. The clicks are always 1ct or more. I have had clicks for 10 cents. I have heard of 1 dollar and $5 clicks, maybe just the holiday season or for upgraded members.

I just wanted to tell you about a friends network I am in. You get 1 point for page views and 10 points for everything else. They have added a matrix to the site and it is free. Your position in the matrix is according to how many points you have. They also have an upgrade option. I hope I have explained this right, but you will want to check it out for yourself. My points have went from 7 to over 200 in just a few days and I haven't been that active. I find it a very friendly place and lots of activity in there. They are really trying hard to be the biggest,best friends network on the internet. They also have Traffic trix for surfing,arcade games, and many things I haven't even looked at yet.
I've joined a lot of paid to click sites lately, looking for the best ones to do for extra cash and also to promote for referrals. I find APairOf to be a great site. The payout is $1.00. I reached payout in about 10 days or less. The site loads quickly and so do the links. Got my money in paypal in a few days too (within 72 hrs.). The refer commission is 8%. They accept some International members too and the list of countries is on their home page. It don't take long to go through their clicks and they pay good for each click. 0.5c, 0.8c, and 1c emails. They have a 10c sign up bonus.
Update: apairof has no emails right now, have to wait and see what happens with it.
Another site I like is Mora Traffic I always get my payment of over $5 there every month. I could do a lot better if I had more time to work on it. They have offers, Random cash, chat, PTR and PTC. Some emails are as high as 9 cents. I have seen forum posts that claim emails as high as .50 cents from here.

Freebies on tap is my favorite pay to complete offers site. I made over $5 the first day and my money was in pay pal by the next day. I was late cashing out or I would have gotten it the same day. The site is very simple and easy to navigate. No waiting for $$$!

My Lot has a great forum, a wide range of topics with great people on it and people just like you and me trying to get some money coming in from the net. Oh did I forget to mention that they pay you to post on the forum! I wouldn't join just for the money though, I see it as a fringe benefit.
I've been checking out the ptc sites for the last couple of weeks. These sites pay you to visit websites. The ones I signed up for paid from 2 cents on down to fractions of cents.
I don't think anyone can make a living totally from clicking these ads. The idea is to get people to sign up using your link and then you get paid when they click on ads. Sounds like a good idea.
What got me started on it was a site called Marketing Pond It'll get you started with simple steps and clearly explains how to easily do the marketing involved in getting your referrals.
